Retreat terms
After you register, we will send you a payment link or an invoice for a €200 deposit by email. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit is paid. The final invoice must be paid 31 days before the retreat begins.
Accommodation is in shared twin rooms. Please let us know when booking if you are coming with a friend. The possibility of booking a single room can only be confirmed closer to the retreat date, depending on the number of participants.
Your registration is binding. The deposit is non-refundable. However, you may cancel your participation with a doctor's certificate or transfer your spot to another person.
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your participation later than 31 days before the retreat, you will be required to pay the full retreat price unless we find another participant to take your place. You may, of course, find a replacement yourself.
The cancellation is considered effective once the cancellation notice is received by email at reetta@northernsoul.fi or janna@mielensopusointu.fi.
If the participation is not canceled, and the participant does not show up, the full participation fee will be charged.
Please ensure that you have insurance and cancellation protection. If you fall ill before the retreat, remember to obtain a doctor’s certificate. With a doctor’s certificate, you can claim reimbursement for the cancellation through your insurance.
Participants are not insured separately, so we recommend taking out travel and/or accident insurance for the duration of the retreat.
Transferring Your Spot to Another Person
You have the right to transfer your spot to another person anytime before the retreat. Please inform us immediately if you are transferring your spot. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
We can also assist, where possible, in finding another participant to take your place. However, the responsibility for the participation fee remains with you until we have confirmed the transfer.
Retreat Cancellation
The retreat will take place depending on the number of participants. The minimum number of participants is listed in the retreat description. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the retreat will be canceled. In this case, we will notify you of the cancellation at least 31 days before the retreat starts, and all payments will be refunded. Please note that travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
If we are unable to organize the retreat due to illness or accident, serious illness, accident, or death of a close relative, or any other unforeseen reason (so-called force majeure situations), we will notify you of the cancellation as soon as the obstacle arises. In cases where we need to cancel the retreat, no payments will, of course, be charged.
